Ever since we started our company back in 2013, our focus and priority has always been on providing the best customer service that we can, providing the latest and most innovative inflatables to our customers all over Norwich, Norfolk and Suffolk and due to our dedicated persistence in meeting customer needs, a high percentage of our custom comes from repeat customers and their recommendations. We constantly update and rotate our stock to ensure that all our customers have a wide variety of inflatables to choose from, including the latest, most innovative inflatables currently available.

We're very proud of the unique bouncy castles and inflatables that we bring to the hire market across Norfolk, with many of our inflatables being custom designed and in some cases completely unique concepts. We offer a vast range of various products, including children’s bouncy castles, adults bouncy castles, soft play, sumo suits and so much more! We can cater to all event requirements so whether you want to hire a bouncy castle for a birthday party, garden party, festival, carnival, wedding, a corporate fun day or anything else we can help!
When you order from us, you can rest assured that all of our castles arrive in a clean state and are cleaned after every use and also come with safety mats, blower and extension lead - all included in the hire price.
Bounce Back Castles Ltd have £5,000,000.00 public liability insurance for that added peace of mind. Plus, all of our bouncy castles are safety checked annually to make sure they comply with HSE standards and are inspected annually to ensure compliance on BS EN 14960:2019 All of our electrical equipment is PAT tested annually. We are also registered members of B.I.H.A and T.I.P.E who work with the Health and Safety Executive to ensure that bouncy castle businesses comply with new guidelines and regulations, ultimately for the safety of people using bouncy castles.
