We hired the inflatable obstacle course for my sister's Hen weekend. It was BRILLIANT!! We had an age range of 35 - 70 and they all gave it a go. It was so much fun! Josh was great, easy to deal with, great communications, simple payment system and drop off and collection was straightforward with no dramas. We would definitely use this lovely company again....and for anyone looking for an absolute blast with a bit of healthy competition thrown in.... definitely go for the obstacle course! Hired a bouncy castle at quite short notice, and we were not disappointed!! It arrived before 8am and was still here after 4pm so my 6yo and all her friends had loads of bouncy time!!! I hired the kids bounce and slide castle for a birthday party. I booked and paid online which was so easy. Within a few days of my order I received a follow up confirmation email confirming drop off and pick up times. On the day the Castle was delivered and set up bang on time. Amazing value helpful my daughter gets upset as can't go on bouncy castles. I ordered a toddler bouncy castle and sensory done for my daughters third birthday. The gentleman who delivered and set up the castle were punctual, very friendly and helpful. We had the pirate bouncy castle this weekend for my sons birthday party. They guy who delivered and picked it up was lovely. We were only meant to have it for a few hours on Saturday but it was dropped off Friday night and not picked up until Sunday night at no extra cost as the guy was having van trouble. My son and his cousins loved it!! Will definitely be using again in the near future

Hired football dome and party time bouncy castles today for my son's joint birthday party, cannot rate this company high enough the girls who came and set up were fantastic, asked where the castles were put if it was where we wanted them and if they could do anything more the girls also cleaned the bouncy castles before leaving them there , very hard working . Bounce Back were very helpful in discussing the various options at the outset and were very responsive to my calls. I was very impressed with the castle itself; it looked clean and new and of good quality. The delivery and collection service was prompt and efficient. I asked my 7 year old step daughter what she thought of the bouncy castle- ' was the best day ever and the bounciest bouncy castle ever!' It really made my daughters first birthday special, was delivered nice and early by a very friendly staff member who reassured us the sun would be out later (thankfully he was right!) It was my Daughters 13th Birthday and she wanted to do something different and have her party at home. That in mind I looked on the Internet and this Company's website had exactly just what she wanted, the Disco Dome and Gladiator Duel. From the initial call to arriving on the day the staff were professional, friendly and overall great service. To entertain ten teenagers these days is hard enough but there were plenty of fun and laughs throughout the day and plenty of FB and Instagram photos that followed. I will be arranging another party soon and will have no hesitation to contacting them soon. It's a company that gives you a personal touch, well done.

Absolutly incredible service!!! The hall we hired today had no power (tree fallen in wind & power cut!) So bouncy castle couldn't be put up, we luckily managed to call another local hall who were free (& had power!) And the chap followed us there with the bouncy castle, was so friendly and patient & was our photographer too, patiently waiting for us to get together so we could have a photograph of all of us together, talk about going above and beyond! !! This company is amazing! I ordered a standard size castle but on the day I was asked if I would like a larger one at no extra charge as it was available and on the van. Could not fault the service one bit, was there at the time I wanted and even waited an extra 10 minutes at the end so the children could have an extra bounce. You could not have been more helpful and really went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I will definitely let all my friends know about you, especially as it is so hard to find something different to do for a child's Birthday in the winter and I didn't think to hire a hall and have one inside!
