07 November 18 - Bounce Back Castles Updates

First of all we want to apologise that we haven't updated you all in a while, we were away from the office between 8th-24th October due to it being impossible during the summer months! Since being back we have been inundated with work, including completely a safety course, cleaning our entire range of inflatables, setting up our new bouncy castles that will be ready to hire for the 2019 season, as well as providing bouncy castles, soft play and other inflatables throughout the Norwich, Norfolk and Suffolk areas.

RPII Safety Course - Josh attended a training session for inflatable operators and then completed and passed an exam based on the BS EN 14960:2013 standard, which is the relevant regulation for operating bouncy castles and other inflatables. Following the tragic incident in July, which involved a sealed trampoline unit many of our customers have been worried about the safety of inflatables, which is why we decided we must attend such courses to ensure our customers can rely on our services and rest assured that the inflatable they are hiring is safe. Although the unit that the incident occurred on operates in a completely different way to our bouncy castles and inflatables, namely the fact that our units are not sealed and instead have constant airflow we recognise that many of our customers may not realise the difference and as such we want to be able to explain exactly how an inflatable should be operated safely to all of our customers when they hire a unit from us. Bouncy castles and inflatables are very safe when operated correctly, and we highly encourage anyone who is thinking of hiring a bouncy castle or inflatable to check that their operator is safe. A safe operator will have all of their inflatables tested on an annual basis in accordance with the BS EN 14960:2013 law, will provide proof of their insurance and will not operate when winds are expected to exceed 24mph. If you have any questions at all regarding any safety issues please don't hesitate to Contact Us.

We love to hire new, exciting and innovative inflatables, and as such our range has been growing ever since we started hiring. We always ensure before we leave the set up that you have a nice clean inflatable, in fact most of our weekdays are taken up by cleaning all of our bouncy castles, to ensure you have a lovely clean inflatable that doesn't smell horrible! Whilst waiting for many to dry in the last week we have also had a chance to inflate some of our brand new for 2019 products so that we can take pictures and videos. Many of the inflatables will be completely unique to the area, or even U.K. due to ours being custom made and designed in many cases. You will find pictures and videos of the new items very soon!

We have also been hiring bouncy castles and other inflatables throughout October to a variety of parties and events. Just today we supplied our Giant Double Sided Football Dartboard to Norwich City Football Club at their Colney training ground for the first team to have a go on. They played best out of three and NCFC have released the winner of the game on their WhatsApp group and it will also be on their Twitter page soon.
