We have contacted all of our customers that have outdoor hires booked for Saturday to make aware that is highly that we will have to cancel due to the predicted wind speeds being almost double the legal limit that bouncy castles are allowed to be used at. We have been made aware that a certain other local low reviewed company is telling customers that there is no issue with the wind and that it is still safe and that they will continue to put there Castles our on Saturday. Bouncy castles is my only source of income and they only really go out on Saturday’s during summer so we do not take the decision to cancel lightly, it makes us operate at a loss. However we could not sleep easily if we put them out in conditions we know to be unsafe. We appreciate that us cancelling is inconvenient for our customers but please also understand it is for us, but that we are putting your health and safety above profit. Please do not be tempted to re-book with a company that has no care in the world about your safety and puts profit ahead of it.
