A Message on Coronavirus from Bounce Back Castles Ltd
Amid the developing coronavirus situation, we at Bounce Back Castles Ltd want to take the time to reassure you of the actions we are taking as a responsible company at this time.
The health of both our customers and our team members is our biggest priority and we are following the advice of Public Health England and World Health Organisation.
All of our bouncy castles are cleaned with bleach on a regular basis, however since the Coronavirus situation has emerged we are now cleaning all of our bouncy castles at base with bleach after use and then upon setting up with disinfectant. All of our team members have also been instructed to increase hand washing and to maintain distance when working with customers.
If any of our team members show any mild flu like symptoms then they have been advised to follow the government advice surrounding medical care and self isolation.
Of course we will continue to monitor the situation and follow advice and direction given by the government and will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our customers and our team.
