24 April 20 - April update

Well we certainly are living in unprecedented times and we hope you are all staying safe. It has understandably been a very quiet time for us in terms of hires but we have been putting the time to good use by adding some of our newest products to the website and getting in touch with all of our future enquiries to help our customers understand the various options available to them. If you already have a booking with us and would like to switch the date of your booking, or cancel it altogether please do let us know, we are happy to work with you and if you are currently unsure on how to proceed we recommend that you keep your booking in place and if you need to cancel it just let us know two weeks beforehand. After discussing the issues with our local environmental health department we have been able to clarify that we are still able to offer bouncy castle hire services but we have put a number of additional protocols in place. We are unable to deliver to households that are being shielded or that are in isolation, we are unable to deliver to households were any member has shown any symptoms of the virus in the last fourteen days, and we need access to your garden via the side gate so the hire can be contact free delivery. We also are only currently taking electronic forms of payment and the bouncy castle can only be used by members of the household.

We have delivered of our bouncy castles contact free today in Lowestoft. The customer wasn't actually aware that we offer bouncy castle hire in Lowestoft but we are pleased to say we definitely do, and we also offer our services to the surrounding areas such as Carlton Colville and Oulton Broad.
