So May 2020 has been a strange month, not just for us but the whole country well the whole world. With Covid-19 and the lockdowns throughout the world, the lives of everyone have completely changed and very abruptly. School children up and down the country have to stay at home and the country is rallying behind our carers and the key workers. Originally we stopped hiring out bouncy castles until things became a little clearer but after consulting with our environmental health department and putting extra measures in place we have re-started hiring bouncy castles and inflatables throughout Norfolk.
We had several bouncy castle hires in the Thetford area this week, including one in Elveden - a disco dome with slide and our sensory dome for VE day celebrations, although obviously the bouncy castle was only for household due to the current social distancing measures.
The weather was absolutely fantastic and the family had a great time.
We have taken delivery of more disinfectant and disposable gloves and we have been going through the disinfectant very quickly indeed. All of our inflatables have to go through a 10 day quarantine period between uses as a minimum, and in that time they are disinfected twice. Our driver's deliver the bouncy castle whilst everyone stay's inside and we can currently only provide bouncy castles to households that have side access to the garden.
