First of all we would like to extend our best wishes to all of our customers and your loved ones in this difficult and unprecedented time. We would also like to thank you for your continued support as without it the business would have came tumbling down in 2020 and we really do appreciate you using Bounce Back Castle as your bouncy castle provider. Going forward into 2021, it looks like normality will not be returning just yet, although with vaccines increasing there is certainly cause for optimism. We have additional restrictions in place which can be found at the top of our home page due to Covid-19 but we are still open and delivering bouncy castles.
We would like to remind everyone that we are still hiring bouncy castles outdoors, throughout winter 2021 weather dependant of course. Although weather certainly increases the chances that either you or we have to cancel the hire some dates due to rain or wind, or even snow, lots of bouncing fun can still be had in winter when the weather is more mild. We don't charge any cancellation fee's in relation to the weather providing it is cancelled prior to us dropping it off, or you can just move the booking to another date, we aim to work to your requirements.
